Among the 27 central cities in Yangtze River Delta, Yancheng is the only one with over 100 billion yuan of gross agricultural output and 60 billion yuan of added value. Currently, we are fully taking our endowed advantages, strengthening the weaknesses in “agriculture, rural areas, and rural residents”with stronger awareness of potential difficulties, comprehensively ensuring the basics in this aspect, in a bid to secure the transformation of a big agricultural city into a powerful one.
