In accordance with the requirement of “Consultation on the topic of consultation and discussion on people’s livelihood activities” by CPPCC Jiangsu Provincial Committee and the arrangement of  “Consultation and discussion activities for the planning of the ‘14th Five-Year Plan’” by CPPCC Yancheng Municipal Committee, on the morning of September 17, members of  Science and Technology sector and Science and Technology Association of CPPCC Yancheng Municipal Committee carried out activities in Yannan High-tech Zone to learn General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech at the scientists symposium, and conducted consultations and discussions around the theme of “strengthening technological innovation capabilities and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading”.
