On May 13, the 19th China International Grain and Oil Products and Equipment Technology Exhibition and Fair opened at Shandong International Convention and Exhibition Center. After the review of the organizing committee, the “Yancheng Rice” presented by the Yancheng Grain Industry Association won the gold medal in a row.

Yancheng is an important commodity grain base in the country. Agriculture accounts for 11% of its GDP, and the output of high-quality japonica rice accounts for 8% of the national total. “Yancheng Rice” already has 553 km² of green rice bases, driving 17 enterprises to increase their income, making millions of farmers rich, and achieving sales of 6.50 billion yuan in 2022.
