On the afternoon of December 28, the signing ceremony of YOFC (Binhai) High-End Submarine Cable Intelligent Manufacturing and Smart O&M Project was held in Yancheng. Party Secretary Zhou Bin met with Zhuang Dan, Executive Director and President of YOFC, and they jointly witnessed the signing of the project.

Located in Binhai Port Economic and Technological Development Zone, the Project focuses on the field of high-voltage and large-section high-end submarine cables, accurately meeting the needs of high-end scenarios such as far-reaching offshore wind power and cross-regional power grid interconnection. It will gradually expand cooperation in related industries including marine engineering equipment, new energy storage, and smart O&M services, creating a multiplier effect of "attracting one project and driving a cluster of industries". This will draw the agglomeration of upstream and downstream supporting enterprises and enhance the overall competitiveness of Yancheng's wind power industry.
