On February 11, the Municipal Conference on Law-Based Governance was held. Zhou Bin, Party Secretary of the CPC Yancheng Municipal Committee, attended and delivered a speech. He emphasized the need to thoroughly study and implement President Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law and his important speeches on work in Jiangsu, earnestly follow the arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee, and strive to elevate the building of a law-based Yancheng to a new level with higher political standing and more practical measures. Recently, Zhou Bin also conducted research at the Public Interest Litigation Testing Center of the Municipal People's Procuratorate, Yancheng Notary Office, the Environmental Science and Technology City Tribunal of Tinghu District People's Court, and the Comprehensive Governance Center of Tinghu District. He called for continuous improvement in the ability to deepen reform and promote development through thinking and methods based on the rule of law, and for constantly enhancing work efficiency and quality. At the Municipal Public Security Bureau, Zhou Bin visited and extended regards to frontline police officers, encouraging them to always take the political development of the police force as the top requirement, safeguarding stability as the primary duty, supporting development as the foremost mission, and team building as the key focus, so as to provide stronger guarantees for high-quality development and modernization.
