On March 25, Yancheng Airport Service Brand Launch Conference and 2026 Summer-Autumn Flight Season Promotion Event was held. According to the unified national civil aviation deployment, 2026 summer-autumn flight season will operate from March 29.
After the seasonal change, Yancheng Airport will add a popular tourist route to Zhangjiajie, with flights operating three times per week. Flight frequencies to provincial capitals such as Wuhan, Fuzhou, Shijiazhuang, and Taiyuan will be increased, continuing to enhance regional connectivity. For key business and official travel routes, destinations including Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Chongqing, Wuhan, and Shenyang will maintain a stable schedule of two flights per day, providing strong support for business travel. Key cities in the central, western, and northeastern regions, such as Changsha, Kunming, Guiyang, Harbin, and Changchun, will retain one to two flights per day, fully covering diverse travel scenarios including family visits, tourism, and education. On the international front, the direct flight route from Yancheng to Seoul will continue to operate stably, further deepening China-South Korean economic, trade, and cultural exchanges.
During the initial phase of the new season, Yancheng Airport will serve 33 destinations. In the middle of the season, routes to Xi’an, Chongqing, Nanning, Ordos, and other destinations will be gradually restored and added, bringing the total number of destinations to 36. This will strengthen the regional air corridor connecting north and south, linking east and west, and reaching East Asia, elevating the route network’s capabilities to a new level.
