A photo exhibition themed Enchanted Encounters: From China’s Yellow Sea Wetlands to African Savannas kicked off in Nairobi, Kenya’s capital on May 22. More than 300 Chinese and Kenyan people from all walks of life visited the exhibition.
The exhibit showcases China and Kenya’s achievements in wildlife and biodiversity conservation. It features 68 selected photos, including images of milu deer, red-crowned cranes, and spoon-billed sandpipers from Yancheng, as well as African elephants, giraffes and lions from Kenya. The exhibit also presents photo stories about the restoration of giant panda habitats, the revitalization of golden monkey populations, and the breeding and rewilding of crested ibises.
