On Aug. 1st, the Second California and Jiangsu Mayors’ Dialogue was held in Yancheng. Bai Suning, the president of Jiangsu People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Jimmy Gomez, United States Congressman and Cao Lubao, the deputy party secretary and acting mayor, made a speech separately. Simon Pang, President of the US Sino Friendship Association, together with representatives of 6 counties and cities of California and 13 cities and counties of Jiangsu, attended the activity.
