Yancheng Municipal People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries Held the Unveiling Ceremony of New Office 

    On the morning of October 11, Yancheng Municipal People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries held the unveiling ceremony of new office. Chairman Li Chi, Vice Chairman Jiang Youxin, Wang Lianchun and Dong Lingling presented and council members, secretary-general and deputy secretary-general as well as representatives from Yancheng FAO, the Association and contractor attended.

This new office site reveals the high appreciation from CPC Yancheng Municipal Committee and Yancheng Municipal People’s Government, as an evidence of implementing the spirits of the 8^th  Municipal Congress of CPC Yancheng Municipal Committee and showcasing its confidence and determination. The Association highlighted that it would persistently stick to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy, centering on serving national overall diplomacy, the municipal deployment and municipal social and economic development, with fully playing its own advantage, thus making contributions to coordinating our official measures, carrying on nongovernmental actions, publicizing Yancheng and enhancing the exchanges with other countries.

Next, performing as a people’s organization, the Association would lead the people-to-people diplomacy, influence the public diplomacy and bridge the city-to-city diplomacy, arousing the enthusiasm of nongovernmental subjects and deepening the mutual friendship and make China’s Yancheng’s voice heard in a better way thus devoting further to improving openness, internalization and social and economic high quality development.
