On October 19, Yancheng Forum on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Jiangsu Coastal Area and the opening ceremony of the Coastal Branch of Jiangsu Provincial Planning and Design Group were held. Li Ruhai, deputy director of the Provincial Department of Natural Resources, Chen Haodong, deputy director of the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Sun Xiaowen, party secretary and chairman of the Provincial Planning and Design Group, and Wu Benhui, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and deputy mayor, attended the opening ceremony.

At the opening ceremony, the Provincial Planning and Design Group focused on spatial planning and design in the field of urban and rural construction and development, and signed strategic cooperation agreements with the Municipal Urban Construction Investment Group, the Municipal Transportation Investment Construction Holding Group Co., Ltd., and the Municipal Big Data Group Co., Ltd. respectively.
