On November 7, the results of the 2025 China Mass Culture Brand Innovation Case Selection were announced. "Huai Opera Town: Jianhu's Practice in Intangible Cultural Heritage Activation and Cultural Tourism Integration", submitted by the Jianhu County Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism, successfully won the typical case in the cultural and tourism integration IP category with its development path of upholding tradition and promoting innovation and practical results of quality and efficiency improvement.

Located in Jiulongkou Tourist Resort of Jianhu County, Huai Opera Town is a 4A-level scenic spot built based on the classic Huai opera Town which won the Wenhua Grand Prize. It relies on "Shazhuang Ancient Village", the birthplace of Huai opera, as well as the national intangible cultural heritages of Huai opera and acrobatics. As China's first "carbon-neutral" scenic spot and one of the most distinctive eco-tourism destinations in China, Huai Opera Town reproduces 18 scenes of the Huai opera Town in a panoramic way, presenting them regularly and three-dimensionally through "performance + live show" to create an immersive experience of "coexistence of opera and village".

In recent years, adhering to the concept of "taking ecology as the foundation, culture as the soul, and integrating culture and tourism", and following the idea of "restoring old buildings as they were and constructing new ones in the old style", the local government has restored the unique spatial style of "integration of villages and marshes". It has built an ancient cultural town integrating diverse formats with the layout of "two streets, four lanes, one bay, one ring and multiple nodes", pioneering a "one-stop" Huai opera-themed development model.
