On the afternoon of May 20, Party Secretary Zhou Bin presided over a municipal property management work symposium. The meeting thoroughly studied and implemented General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discourses on urban work, earnestly implemented the deployment requirements of the provincial Party committee and provincial government, firmly established and practiced a correct view of political achievements, deepened the special rectification of unhealthy tendencies and corruption issues around the people, extensively listened to opinions and suggestions, and studied and promoted the improvement of property management services.

At the meeting, the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision, the Municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and the Municipal Bureau of Complaints and Proposals reported on property management work. Exchanges and speeches were made by representatives from Yandu District, Xindu Subdistrict of Yannan High-tech Zone, Fukang Community of Dongtinghu Subdistrict in Tinghu District, the Municipal Property Management Industry Association, some property management companies and community owners. Zhou Bin listened carefully and engaged in in-depth discussions on specific issues. He emphasized the need to highlight key priorities and comprehensively improve property management service standards, noting that property management is a basic, systematic and long-term project requiring strengthened organizational leadership to form a pattern of co-construction, co-governance and shared benefits.
