On September 22, the signing ceremony for the Framework Agreement on the Yangtze River Delta (Yancheng) Digital Audiovisual Industry Base was held. Vice Mayor Huangxibieke Nu’erdan attended the ceremony.

At the event, Yancheng Municipal People’s Government signed the Framework Agreement on the Yangtze River Delta (Yancheng) Digital Audiovisual Industry Base with the Jiangsu Provincial Radio and Television Administration, Jiangsu Broadcasting Corporation, Jiangsu Cultural Technology Group, and Jiangsu Cultural Investment Group, further consolidating the achievements of joint construction, deepening the industrial development layout, and jointly ushering in a new chapter for the Yangtze River Delta (Yancheng) Digital Audiovisual Industry Base.

It is reported that since the five parties first signed the cooperation agreement in 2022, the Yangtze River Delta (Yancheng) Digital Audiovisual Industry Base has focused on the R&D and application of key radio, television, and audiovisual technologies, centered on the cross-industry integration of “AI+” and “Audiovisual+” sectors, and achieved notable results, successfully being named among the “Top 10 Digital Drivers of Chinese Industrial Parks.” This renewal of the agreement will further strengthen multi-party strategic coordination. Around fields such as digital audiovisual and online short dramas, the parties will create standout hit works, continue to polish the city’s “City of Short Dramas” brand, and work together to build a national base for the radio, television, and online audiovisual industries.
